Happy New Year! 2016 has rolled in!

Happy New Year to everyone reading this blog. Tomasz and I celebrated the end of 2015 by making pizza and dancing at the Deli Bar until well after midnight. We started 2016 off right this morning by going birding at Lake Thunderbird State Park. My first birds of the season were Savannah Sparrows sitting atop a broken tree limb trying to warm up. The temperature this morning was a bit nippy at 29 degrees Farenheit.
