April was a wonderful start to a project that Lindsay Addison and I have been working on since 2017. This year we were able to deploy GPS tags on breeding AMOY in collaboration with Cape Lookout National Seashore and Pea Island National Wildlife Refuge to document finescale movements of AMOY in North Carolina while they nest and rear young.
